Qualifications:

  • Not less than 10 Years of Experience in implementing networks projects
  • Excellent skills of IP networks support & troubleshooting
  • CCNP certificate is a must - CCIE certificate is preferred
  • Awareness of networks field, including but not limited to (R&S, Wireless, IP Telephony, Network Security,…)
  • Strong Leadership skills for Managing and mentoring Network team staff.

2 Senior Networks Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering or Computer Science
  • Not less than 6 Years of Experience in implementing networks projects
  • Excellent skills of IP networks support & troubleshooting
  • CCNP certificate is a must
  • Awareness of networks field, including but not limited to (R&S, Wireless, IP Telephony, Network Security,…)
  • Ability & willingness to learn to configure & Install all network devices
  • Monitor, Support & resolve network performance issues at customer premises
  • Maintain Complete Technical documentation.
  • Provide Improvements for network performance & capacity
  • Availability to travel for support & maintenance visits for customers branches inside Egypt.
3 Sales Account Manager

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in selling Network Solutions
  • Preferred BSc. of Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent technical background.
  • Work with customers proactively to achieve company targets & objectives
  • Strong communications & negotiation skills
  • Manage customer accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Prepare offers along with other teams representatives to meet customer needs
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth job requirements
